About the service

My SNO LLC runs a records watch for people and businesses. You tell us what to watch: a name, a parcel, a business entity or a court index. We search it on a schedule, notify you when something new appears, and obtain copies from the custodian on your behalf. This website publishes information about that work and accepts enquiries. No transactions on this website

This website does not sell goods or services and does not accept payment of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by payment, and no contract is formed by reading, contacting or corresponding with us. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting; interfere with its operation; scrape it at a rate that harms service to others; submit unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through the contact form; or use the site to infringe anyone's rights.

Information, not legal advice
