A standing search. You nominate a target: a name, a parcel, a business entity or a court index. My SNO LLC searches the sources you agree on a schedule, emails you when a new entry matches, and can obtain the underlying copy from the custodian. The exact query is recorded every cycle, so the watch can be reviewed later.

What changed, when it appeared and which index it came from, quoting the entry as the index shows it. We do not interpret the record or predict what it means for you; the alert gives you the entry and the source so you can decide the next step.

Nothing is sent, because nothing matched. The search log still records that the cycle ran and which query was used, and that log is part of your archive. A quiet month is a result too, and the archive shows it.

Yes. We request copies from the custodian that holds the record, track the request while it is outstanding and pass the response straight through to you. Whatever the custodian releases, including any redactions, is what you receive, with a note on what was asked for.

Colorado first. Watches in other states are taken on when the custodian publishes an index we can search on a schedule. Send the target and the state and you will get an honest yes or no before anything is set up.

Neither. My SNO LLC is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, and we do not run consumer background checks or make eligibility decisions about people. We search public indexes, report what they show and obtain copies from custodians.

Every search result, every alert and the log of every query, in one place per watch. That way you can see the full history of a watch, not just the most recent hit, and you can check what was searched and when.

No. We do not sell personal information. What we collect is what is needed to run your watch and answer your enquiries, and the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that is, who sees it and how long it is kept.

With a conversation and a written scope. We agree the identifiers, the sources, the frequency and the conditions that count as a match. Nothing runs before the scope is written down, and if the target cannot be watched we tell you that at the start rather than later.
